Check In to a Reserved Workspace
	Upon arrival at the office, workers"check-in" using a touchscreen kiosk or a Cisco VoIP telephone. The check-in process triggers the automatic routing of their phone extension to the reserved workspace.

Track Workspace Utilization

OnBoard’s advanced capability tracks the actual utilization of each workspace. In fact, OnBoard is the ideal system to automate the collection of actual use data for all workspaces, not just those that are shared. Infrastructure systems, such as the building security system, can be integrated with OnBoard to automate the check-in process and capture the data used to measure workspace utilization. No more manual “bed checks.”
