Visteon Selects OnBoard® to Manage Conference Rooms

AgilQuest Corporation, the world’s leading provider of advanced office management solutions, today announced an agreement with Visteon Corporation to provide AgilQuest’s OnBoard Workplace Management Solution to manage Visteon’s conference rooms. Visteon will be using OnBoard to schedule and control over 100 conference rooms at their new showcase facility Visteon Village in Van Buren Twp., MI.
Visteon will use The OnBoard system to allow employees to find and schedule their own meeting resources including meeting rooms, equipment and catering, as well as, to facilitate meeting invitations through the Outlook calendaring system. In addition, Visteon facilities personnel will use OnBoard to coordinate requests for meeting resources and to help ensure those resources are used according to their business objectives.
