Avaya selects OnBoard to Manage over 500 Conference Rooms Worldwide
Richmond, VA, December 22, 2004

AgilQuest Corporation today announced that Avaya, Inc., a global leader in communication systems, applications and services, has selected AgilQuest`s OnBoard Workplace Management Solution to manage over 500 of Avaya’s conference rooms around the globe. Avaya, headquartered in Basking Ridge, NJ, will be using OnBoard at 96 facilities in 18 countries. The system is expected to be operational within 30 days.

Avaya`s employees will use the OnBoard system to find and schedule meeting resources in any of Avaya`s worldwide locations. Employees will be able to schedule meeting rooms, required equipment and catering services, and do so in any of nine languages.
